1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our website (www.maysie-naturals.com) and govern the contractual relationship between Maysie Naturals and the customer.
1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Maysie Naturals is a company based in the Netherlands and operates in compliance with Dutch and EU consumer protection laws. Maysie Naturals is registered under KVK-number 96390727 at the Dutch chamber of commerce.

2. Products & Ingredients

2.1 Maysie Naturals offers natural skincare products formulated with botanical ingredients.
2.2 Product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions are provided on the website. It is the customer's responsibility to check for potential allergens.
2.3 Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a dermatologist or healthcare provider before use, especially if you have sensitive skin or existing skin conditions.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Orders can be placed via our website, subject to product availability.
3.2 Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
3.3 We accept payments through secure payment methods such as iDEAL, PayPal, credit cards, and other payment providers listed at checkout.
3.4 Maysie Naturals reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Orders are processed within 1 business day when ordered before 15:00 hour.
4.2 Shipping is available within the Netherlands and selected international locations. Delivery times vary by destination.
4.3 Once dispatched, customers receive a tracking number via email.
4.4 Maysie Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Due to the nature of skincare products, we only accept returns for unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer laws.
5.2 If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order with photographic evidence.
5.3 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, provided it meets our return conditions.
5.4 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.

6. Liability & Skin Reactions

6.1 Maysie Naturals formulates its products with safe, high-quality ingredients, but individual skin reactions may vary.
6.2 We are not liable for allergic reactions, irritations, or any adverse effects resulting from product use. Always conduct a patch test before full application.
6.3 Our products should not replace professional medical advice. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a medical professional.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

7.1 Maysie Naturals processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7.2 Customer data is used solely for order processing, shipping, and customer service purposes.
7.3 We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without customer consent, except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content, images, and product formulations on the Maysie Naturals website are the intellectual property of Maysie Naturals.
8.2 Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
9.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiations or, if necessary, through the Netherlands Consumer Authority or a Dutch court.
